2017 Conference Streams
Stream 1 - Early Intervention
ABA/EIBI is widely used, and clearly recognised, as an early intensive behavioural intervention method.
Our EI theme in 2017 continued to explore the practice and application of ABA/EIBI to aid children's learning and development in the critical early years.
This stream featured presentations on the evidence behind the practice (qualitative research), and the personal observations and experiences of families and parents (empirical research).

Stream 2 - School
Attending school, and becoming and being a student, are major life transitions and part of an individual’s life trajectory.
Our 2017 School theme explored how ABA can be used to prepare and assist children and families with these transitions, and how ABA translates into the classroom.
The School stream featured presentations about the latest educational and industry happenings, and ABA implementation in the classroom and with school-age children.
Stream 2 proudly sponsored by
Learning for Life Autism Centre.
Stream 2 - Life
ABA assists children and young people with autism beyond early intervention programs and school.
This stream explored ABA topics relating to home, community, families, siblings and the use of technology.
This stream also presented delegeates with personal experiences and insights from families.
